The double disc smart seeder machine is a zero till seeder designed
by our company for the broad acre farmer down to the small hobby
farmer.
We carry four different sizes SS20, SS24, SS28, SS36.

ADVANTAGES
The Double Disc Smart Seeder machine
We supply four different sizes to suit every kind of farmer these include
the SS20, SS24, S28 and SS36.
The most common size is a 24 Row which comfortably works 100 acres a day.
Our machines are built to over-sow into existing pastures as well as
emerging country making it ideal as an all-purpose machine on your
farm.
These machines are not well suited to extremely hard ground and we
would recommend the ground be worked prior in these cases
The double disc design is the best choice for retaining moisture in your soil.
The double disc cuts into the ground without exposing the soil and drops the material or seed and is then covered by the press wheel.
The double Disc Smart Seeders are efficient for depositing seed directly
down up to 30mm deep into the seed bed.
The stepless gearbox control is added to the seed metering, making it
easy to adjust.
The double disc is far more superior to use than a tine or baker boot or a
single disc seeder and the reason for this is as follows
1. you can over sow into existing pasture
2. the machine will not block up
3. if you are in rocky country the double disc will go over the rocks and
not bring up more rocks
4. you will not expose the soil and therefore retain moisture
They assist with eliminating your competition with weeds with our close
spacings and highly adjustable machines.
Double Disc Smart Seeders are able to work with all sizes of seeds as
well as mixes such as oats, rye, dry grass and vetch mixes.
The double disc opener of this machine adopts a professional
agricultural machinery bearing sealing structure, greatly improving the
service life of the double disc opener
The fertilizer discharger is made of non-metallic material with an outer
sheave structure.
The fertilizer box of this machine is designed with enlarged volume
